After hints and teasers on their facebook page Ubisoft have announced Assassin's Creed: Revelations as their fourth major instalment in the popular franchise.
The game will follow Ezio Auditore once more as he traces the footsteps of Altair, taking him to Constantinople at the height of the Ottoman Empire.
In addition to the return of multiplayer the game will also be the last in the "Ezio trilogy" and is expected to be featured at E3 this year, with a release date of November 2011 already set.
What twists and turns will this new AC game bring? Time will tell.
